I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was superb, close to the bus station and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, though having a bathtub would have been a nice addition. The service, especially from the manager Mr Dalip, was top-notch, making me and my wife feel truly special. However, some staff members could improve on their service quality. The dining experience was delightful with a lovely ambiance and delicious dishes, but a wider variety of glazed cakes would have been a bonus. The facilities were great, and the newly constructed tower added a modern touch to the property.
